SMA inverters first three quarters of total sales volume reached 5.7GW

As semiconductor components supply tensions eased, solar inverter market leader SMA Solar (SMA Solar, ETR: S92) almost reached capacity limits. Its third- quarter sales reached 600 million € 26.7 million , in the first three quarters of total sales totaled 1.44 billion euros .

SMA reaffirms its 2010 full-year expectations of newly installed solar energy equipment total power of 17GW, which installed solar installations in Germany in late September to reach 5.3GW.
